Before you write in

• Data not loading? Confirm the CSV's first row is a header row, and check whether the file has rows with an inconsistent number of columns — the add-in will flag those for you to fix inline rather than fail silently.
• Results not appearing where you expect? Results write to whichever worksheet tab is active when you click "Run & write to worksheet" — switch to the tab you want first.
• Task pane seems stuck on load? Try closing and reopening it. If it persists, note which Excel version and platform (Windows/Mac/web) you're on — that's the first thing we'll ask.
