Before you write in

• Data not loading? Confirm the CSV's first row is a header row, and check whether the file has rows with an inconsistent number of columns — the add-in will flag those for you to fix inline rather than fail silently.
• Where did my results go? Every run writes to a sheet named SheetVelocity Results, replacing the previous result. Your other sheets are never overwritten — copy anything you want to keep off that sheet before re-running.
• Task pane seems stuck on load? Try closing and reopening it. If it persists, note which Excel version and platform (Windows/Mac/web) you're on — that's the first thing we'll ask.

Response times

During the preview, every message is answered by email, usually within two business days. Include your Excel version and platform (Windows, Mac, or web), and a small sample file if the problem is with specific data. Please remove anything sensitive from it first.

Removing your data

Data you load stays on your device. Use Clear optimized data in the add-in to delete it. To remove your email from the waitlist, write to us at the address above. See the Privacy Policy for details.
